A person whose application has been approved and activated. Normal member access applies, subject to event-specific booking requirements.
A genuine guest admitted under the Club guest rules in connection with an Active Member. This creates no membership rights.
A person specifically admitted by Cogenhoe United FC / The Blues Bar to one named organised event with a valid booking or ticket. Admission is for that event only.
A visiting player, coach, official, parent, supporter or other football-related visitor admitted for the relevant matchday or football activity.
An Event Guest is not a member or any form of short-term member. Event Guest status provides no general bar access, membership privileges, voting rights or ongoing guest status, and expires automatically after the named event.
Every event is configured as Members Only, Members + Member Guests, Members + Event Guests, Football / Matchday Guest, or Special Authorisation / TEN Event. Ticket price alone never determines access.
Where Event Guests are allowed, each non-member attendee must be covered by a valid event booking. The Club records the booking, event-specific validity, accepted terms and check-in status. Free bookings still count towards capacity and must be cancelled if no longer required.
A booking confirmation or QR code may be checked at the door. Identity and age checks may also be required.
Event Guest bookings never allocate a CUFC membership number or digital membership card. They do not start, shorten or bypass the normal membership waiting and approval process. Anyone who wishes to join must make a separate membership application.
Challenge 25 applies to alcohol service regardless of access status. The Club may refuse admission or remove a person for safety, licensing, safeguarding, misconduct, intoxication or breach of Club or event rules.
The Club Premises Certificate, applicable authorisations and their conditions remain controlling. Website wording and event bookings do not override them.
